Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any recurring subscription or paid membership at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period. You will retain full access to premium features until that period expires, after which your account will revert to the standard free tier without auto-renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through: • Account Settings: Navigate to Profile > Billing > Cancel Subscription. • Support Inquiry: Contact support@examstrail.com at least 24 hours prior to your next renewal date.
